RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return & refund policy.  If you are not fully satisfied with the products purchased from our website, return the unused portion or unsatisfactory merchandise, and we will refund the product’s purchase price to your credit card or replace the product.  Please note, the cost of shipping is not refunded.

Email info@allpointscoffee.com within 30 days of purchase date for instructions on shipping an item back to our facility.  All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days after receipt of the returned merchandise - or a replacement will be provided to the customer.  The customer is responsible for shipping costs of the returned product.
