HOW LONG DOES IT TAKES TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
Though we strive to get your order to you as soon as possible, please allow up to 2 business days to process your online order. You will receive an email notifying your order has shipped with tracking information. 

WHERE CAN YOU SHIP MY ORDER?
We currently ship within the contiguous United States USPS. We also offer USPS shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE TO ME?
Depending on the method you choose, shipping times vary from 1 to 7 business days.

WHERE IS THE ROAST LEVEL?
There are many factors that contribute to a coffee's taste from processing to roasting to brewing. The best way to help you get a sense of a coffee's taste is to check out the flavor notes and roast profile on the website and on the label.

HOW DO DISCOUNTS WORK?
One discount can be redeemed per transaction.
Discount codes must be input at time of purchase during the checkout process. We can not retroactively discount orders already in process or provide refunds based on a discount code not working at time of checkout.
Please note, our subscriptions are considered a discount and can not be combined with a promotional code.
